Outstanding alumni Joe and Lucy paid a return visit to Cornel

We were honored to have Joe and Lucy Lawrence visit us during their recent trip to Taiwan. They both worked as teachers at the school. Lucy went to be a director as well! They met at the school, were eventually married, and moved back to the USA to start their own charter school.

We had a great time chatting to them about the time they spent at Cornel and what they have been up to since then. They had many great things to say about their time here and even offered some useful advice on how to improve certain aspects of our school.

We feel blessed to have great teachers at the school who still value it years after they have left! We hope that this will continue on with all current and future members of Cornel.
